18, 2024, Defendant, Luis Garcia Diaz, employed by Tower Communication Solutions and J&A Drilling and Construction, was driving to work while intoxicated and collided with a 15-person passenger van, killing six and injuring 9.
Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this Summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the case no., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 550 W. Fort Street, Suite 400, Boise, ID 83724 (208) 334-1361 and serve a copy of your response on Plaintiff's attorney at Enrique G. Serna, Serna & Assocaites, PLLC 950 W. Bannock St., Suite 1100, Boise, ID 83702. A copy of the Summons and Complaint can be obtained by contacting either with the Clerk of the Court or Attorney for Plaintiff.
Within 21 days after service of this summons on you (not counting the day you received it)- or 60 days if you are the United States or a United States agency, or an officer or employee of the United States described in Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 (a)(2) or (3)- you must serve on the plaintiff an answer to the attached complaint or a motion under Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The answer or motion must be served on the plaintiff or plaintiffs attorney, whose name and address are· Enrique G. Serna, Serna & Associates, PLLC 950 W. Bannock St., Suite 1100, Boise, Idaho 83702.
If you fail to respond, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. You also must file your answer or motion with the court.
