The sale shall also include certain personal property to the extent remaining and included in the âMortgaged Premisesâ (as defined in the Judgment Order of Foreclosure and Sale). The Amounts Due in the Judgment Order of Foreclosure and Sale total $11,337,616.25 as of March 7, 2025 plus additional and accruing amounts.
Sale terms: Ten percent (10%) due by cashierâs check or certified funds at the time of sale and the balance is due within 24 hours of the sale.
