 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above cause on March 11, 2026, the Sheriff of Kane County, Illinois will in Room KCSO Lobby, at 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026, of the Kane County Sheriffâs Office, 37W755 Route 38, St. Charles, Illinois 60175, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, as set forth below, the following property described real estate:

 Sale terms: 10% down of certified funds; the balance, by certified funds, is due within twenty-four (24) hours. The sale is further subject to confirmation by the Court.
