NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale made and entered on January 22, 2026 by said Court in the above entitled cause, John D. Idleburg, Sheriff of Lake County, Illinois, will, on March 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM Central Time on the second floor in the seating area left of the escalator adjacent to the skywalk of the Lake County Court House, 301 Washington Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, sell, in person, at public auction the following described premises, including the real estate at such premises (the âMortgaged Premisesâ) and personal property at such premises (the âCollateralâ), as described in said Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale:
