IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MANOHAR LAL BAWA, DECEASED.
PUBLICATION NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION TO CREDITORS, CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN HEIRS AND LEGATEES:
1. Notice is given to creditors, claimants, unknown heirs and legatees, of the death of Manohar Lal Bawa, who died on November 17, 2025 in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and whose address was 731 E. Fullerton Avenue, Apt. 104, Glendale Heights, IL 60139.
2. Letters of Office were issued on December 23, 2025 to Nalin Joshi as Independent Administrator of the Estate of Manohar Lal Bawa, whose address is 731 E. Fullerton Avenue, Apt. 104, Glendale Heights, IL 60139. The attorney for the Estate of Manohar Lal Bawa is Jeffrey M. Reed, Reed Law, LLC, 167 E. Chicago St., Elgin, IL 60120.
3. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under Section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk of the court.
4. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of Theresa E. Barreiro, Circuit Court Clerk, 540 South Randall Rd., St. Charles, IL 60174, or with the Independent Administrator, or both on or before July 8, 2026. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Independent Administrator and to the attorney for the Estate within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Court Clerk.
