Notice is given of the death of Florence M. McKinney, of Bonita Springs, Florida. Letters of Office were issued on January 8, 2026, to John F. McKinney whose attorney is Madden, Jiganti, Moore and Sheridan, LLP.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative, or both, on or before July 15, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
