CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given in the death of George F. Bobeck of Barrington, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on May 12, 2026, to Thomas Hood, Public Administrator, whose attorney is Lake County Public Administrator, 501 N. Riverside Dr., Suite 204, Gurnee, IL 60031.
Notice is given to Unknown Heirs, who is an heir of the decedent whose name or address was not stated in the petition for Letters of Administration, that an order was entered on 05/05/2026, granting independent administration of the estate. This means that the administrator will not have to obtain court orders of filed estate papers in court during probate. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless interested persons ask the court to become involved.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division at the Lake County Courthouse, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, Illinois 60085 or with the representative, or both, on or before February 12, 2027, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
