Letters of office were issued on November 6, 2025 to Janice Kinchion, 10485 Seawood Dr., El Paso, Texas, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Nataly Kaiser, Lavelle Law, Ltd., 1933 N. Meacham Road, Suite 600, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173.
The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Complied Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing a petition to terminate to the Clerk.
