Letters of office were issued to Gerald Goggin, 3529 Larkspur Drive, Longmont, Colorado 80503, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Terrence E. Davey, Malman Law, 205 West Randolph Street, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill.
