To: Isma K and K Associates Inc and All Persons Claiming an Interest in the Property Notice is hereby given that Northwest Trucks, located at 2120 N Rand Rd, Palatine, IL 60074, has filed a mechanics lien claim against a 2015 Freightliner M2106, 1FVACWDU9FHGJ9242. The lien is for unpaid labor and materials furnished under a contract with Northwest Trucks, completed on January 5th, 2023, in the amount of $2,974.77. Notice of the lien was mailed on December 24th, 2025.
It is our intent to enforce a mechanic’s lien pursuant to Chapter 770 ILCS 45/1 et seq. and 90/1 et seq, and hold public sale 30 days after the final publication of this Ad.
