Notice is hereby given that Total Collision & PDR claims a mechanic’s lien pursuant to 770 ILCS 45/1 against a 2017 Honda Accord Sedan, VIN 1HGCR2F87HA028719, owned by Eric Neuman, 788 Hemlock Lane, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188, for unpaid collision repair services provided August 11â€"27, 2025. An outstanding balance of $250.00 remains due and owing.
Unless payment in full is received within thirty (30) days of the January 21, 2026 notice, on or before February 20, 2026, the lien will be enforced as provided by Illinois law, including statutory sale or other lawful disposition of the vehicle.
