Notice is hereby given under the Illinois Labor and Storage Lien Act (770 ILCS 45/1) that the undersigned holds a lien in the amount of $7,589.16 for unpaid charges related to storage, labor, and/or materials for the watercraft described below. The last movement by the owner occurred approximately three (3) years ago. The vessel is deemed abandoned and remains in the lienholder's possession.
