NOTICE OF MECHANICS LIEN FORECLOSURE
To: Meyers Motors Trans, Inc and All Persons Claiming an Interest in the Property
Notice is hereby given that Northwest Trucks, located at 2120 N Rand Rd, Palatine, IL 60074, has filed a mechanics lien claim against a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia, 1FUJHHDRXKLKP1128. The lien is for unpaid labor and materials furnished under a contract with Northwest Trucks, completed on April 15th, 2025, in the amount of $1,718.75. Notice of the lien was mailed on July 22nd, 2025.
It is our intent to enforce a mechanic’s lien pursuant to Chapter 770 ILCS 45/1 et seq. and 90/1 et seq, and hold public sale 30 days after the final publication of this Ad. All persons claiming an interest in the property must contact Jared Lowe at (847) 991-0900 within 30 days of the final publication of this notice.
This notice is published in the Chicago Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in Cook County, Illinois, on May 19, May 26, and June 2, 2025, in accordance with the Illinois Mechanics Lien Act.
