NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the Village of Woodridge, DuPage, Will, and Cook Counties, Illinois, shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at Woodridge Village Hall, 5 Plaza Drive, Woodridge, Illinois 60517, to consider an application by Woodward Boughton LLC, requesting a Planned Unit Development Amendment and Final Plat of Subdivision.
The subject property is located generally at the northeast corner of Woodward Avenue and Boughton Road, in the Village of Woodridge, DuPage County. The address of the subject property is 8605 Woodward Avenue, Woodridge, IL 60517.
The subject property can also be identified by the following Property Index Number: 09-31-300-030
Owner: Woodward Boughton LLC, with an address of 564 N. Grant Street, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
