ADVERTISEMENT REQUESTING PROPOSALS
The Village of Pingree Grove (Village) is seeking qualified proposals for the painting of the exterior of the Municipal Center.
All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, including but not limited to those set forth by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and applicable building codes.
Proposals to be submitted in duplicate, in a sealed envelope with the words “Municipal Center Exterior Painting” clearly marked on it, will be received by the Village of Pingree Grove, Illinois until 10:30 A.M., July 25, 2025 at the Municipal Center located at 555 Reinking Road, Pingree Grove, IL 60140; Immediately following, they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Village’s Board Room. To attend the public opening, please use the public entrance at the north-east corner of the Municipal Center.
The proposed projects consists of the painting of the exterior of the Pingree Grove Municipal Center located at 555 Reinking Road, Pingree Grove, IL 60140.

All persons working on this project shall be paid no less than current prevailing wages stipulated by the
Illinois Department of Labor in the County of Kane and/or as determined by a Court of Law having
Jurisdiction.
The Village of Pingree Grove, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities. Submissions may withdraw their proposal if a request is presented.
