NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons that the Village of Lake Zurich Planning & Zoning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on August 12, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Lake Zurich Village Hall, 70 East Main Street, Lake Zurich, Illinois for the purpose of considering a zoning application filed with the Village requesting approval for:
A Special Use Permit as per Section 9-4-3 of the Village of Lake Zurich Zoning Ordinance to permit a massage therapy service business in an existing tenant space whose common street address and property index number (PIN)arestatedbelow. A copy of the application and the Zoning Code are on file with, and available for public inspection during regular Village business hours in the Lake Zurich Community Services Department.

At said public hearing, the Planning & Zoning Commission shall accept all testimony and evidence pertaining to said application and shall consider any and all possible zoning actions, including the granting of any necessary special use permits, variations, other special approvals, or amendments to the text of the Zoning Code that may be necessary or convenient to permit development of the proposed type at the described property. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
