Route 120 Improvement Projects
The Village of Grayslake will accept sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) until 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 14, 2026 to provide government relations / advocacy services for various Route 120 improvement projects. More information can be found at https://villageofgrayslake.com/bids.aspx
In order to have your SOQ considered, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing one (1) bound 8 ½” X 11” copy, and one digital copy on a USB drive, plainly marked “SOQ” for Government Relations / Advocacy Services for Route 120 Improvement Projects.
SOQ’s not physically received by the Village by 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 14, 2026, will be returned unopened to the firm.

Emailed or Faxed Statements will not be accepted. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all statements, or to withhold selections of short listed teams for any reason it may determine, or to waive or decline irregularities in any submittal.
