The Wheaton Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason. The sealed bids will be accepted and opened at the West Chicago Water Treatment Plant, Office of the Director of Public Works, 1400 W. Hawthorne Lane, West Chicago, Illinois, 60185.
All bid proposals are to be made on the forms provided and will be made a part of the contract documents to be executed with the City. Bid proposals are to be received in a sealed 9”x12” or 10”x13’ envelope. The envelope shall be marked:

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid.
