NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th Day of November, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Bloomingdale will conduct a public hearing at the Bloomingdale Village Hall, 201 South Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois, upon the proposal by the Village for a text amendment to Title 11 (Zoning Regulations), Chapter 8 (Business Districts), Article G (R-R Hotel-Motel Resort and Recreation District), of the Village of Bloomingdale Zoning Ordinance, as well as such other zoning amendments as may be determined to be appropriate as identified in the course of the public hearing, as it relates to allowances and permitted/special uses, within the R-R, Hotel-Motel Resort and Recreation District.
The topics to be addressed as part of this hearing on the proposed text amendment include, but may not be limited to, classification and allowances for permitted and special uses within the R-R, Hotel-Motel Resort and Recreation District, within the Village.
This Notice is given pursuant to the Village of Bloomingdale Zoning Regulations.
Persons requiring auxiliary aids and services should contact the Assistant Planner, 201 South Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois 60108, or call 630-671-5668 five (5) days prior to the meeting to inform of their anticipated attendance. Text telephone (TDD) users may call 630-893-7175.
