NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning, Zoning, and Historic Commission of the Village of East Dundee will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the East Dundee Police Station 2nd Floor Village Board Meeting Room, 115 E. 3rd Street, East Dundee, Illinois, to consider the following Village-initiated requests:
1) A text amendment to Chapter 157 of the Village of East Dundee Zoning Ordinance in Section 157.003 Rules and Definitions, to define and add “Adult Day Service Center”; and
2) A text amendment to allow “Adult Day Service Center” as a S, Permitted by Special Use Permit, in the B-2 Business District, to be proposed as Section 157.050(F)(1)(i)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance in East Dundee, IL 60118.
