STATE OF ILLINOIS, COUNTY OF LAKE, ss. - In the Circuit Court of The Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Lake County, Illinois, The Department of Transportation of the State of Illinois for and on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois, Plaintiff, vs. MIDLOTHIAN REALTY LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company; MIDLAND STATES BANK; JUN HO FOODS; GLAMTIQUE SALON; HONEYWAY; SUBWAY; THE UPS STORE; MASTER CLEANERS; ORCHID NAIL SPA; MAUDE & ERB DEVELOPMENT VII, L.L.C., under Document No. 4427433; "UNKNOWN OWNERS" AND "NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS", Generally, Defendants, Case No.: 2025ED00000067.
The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, "Unknown Owners" and "Non-Record Claimants", Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the aboveÂnamed Plaintiff has filed its Complaint in said Court for condemnation pursuant to the eminent domain laws of the State of Illinois, of the lands and premises in the Complaint situated in Lake County, State of Illinois, to wit:

Â Â Now, therefore, unless you, the said above-named Defendants, file your Appearance in the said suit, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Lake County Courthouse, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois on or before June 6, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint, dated, September 23, 2025.
