ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Rolling Meadows Park District for the:
NELSON SPORTS COMPLEX ICE ARENA PAINTING PROJECT
until 10:00 AM on June 1, 2026 at the Rolling Meadows Park District Administrative Office, 3000 Central Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois 60008, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project generally includes preparation and painting of exposed structural steel, overhead structural components, and foil-faced insulated ceiling surfaces at the Nelson Sports Complex Ice Arena, 3900 Owl Drive, Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held May 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the project site.

rmparks.org/finance&planning under the Announcements section.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
“NELSON SPORTS COMPLEX ICE ARENA PAINTING PROJECT BID”
Electronic submissions, emailed bids, faxed bids, unsealed bids, or late bids will not be accepted.
All bidders shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130). A 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check is required.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid opening.
The Rolling Meadows Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bidding process.
