Courtroom Construction Renovation Project
The County of Kane is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the renovation and upgrade of three (3) courtrooms within the Historic Courthouse located at 100 S. 3rd Street, Geneva, Illinois.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING & SITE VISIT: Immediate Project Requirement specified within this RFP. 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 15, 2026
Kane County old courthouse â€" 100 S. Third St., Geneva, IL 60134. A job site visit will immediately follow the pre-proposal meeting, which is within walking distance of the pre-bid site.
Proposals will be accepted electronically at www.bidnetdirect.com before the submission due date and time: Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST. Documents may be downloaded from www.bidnetdirect.com with free registration for all vendors.
