PUBLIC NOTICE
WHEATON MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tentative budget and appropriation ordinance for the Wheaton Mosquito Abatement District for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2025 and ending March 31, 2026, is now available for public inspection. Anyone wishing to inspect said ordinance should contact the District's attorney: Phillip A. Luetkehans, 105 E. Irving Park Road, Itasca, Illinois 60143; 630/760-4601; pal@lbgalaw.com.
 FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Board of Trustees of the Wheaton Mosquito Abatement District on June 10, 2025, at 6:45 p.m., at the office of said District, Wheaton City Hall, Conley Room, 303 W. Wesley Street, Wheaton, Illinois to consider said tentative budget and appropriation ordinance. If the District is unable to meet in person on said date due to restrictions imposed by Executive Order of the Governor, or other applicable law, instructions for participating in an electronic or virtual meeting will be published on the agenda for said meeting.
 The budget and appropriation ordinance is expected to be passed at the District’s June 10, 2025 regular meeting.
 At said Public Hearing, all persons desiring to be heard in support of or opposition to the tentative budget and appropriation ordinance will be offered an opportunity to submit their statements orally, in writing, or both.
