VILLAGE OF ISLAND LAKE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Island Lake will hold a public hearing on September 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 3720 Greenleaf Avenue, Island Lake, Illinois 60042.
The public hearing is requested by Iowona M. Kay Figol and Zygmunt Figol for consolidation, re-subdivision and a variance to minimum lot size at 229 Brier, Island Lake, Illinois (PIN 09-21-302-022).
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the Village Clerk prior to the meeting.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, 3720 Greenleaf Avenue, Island Lake, Illinois, during regular business hours.
