The Village of West Dundee Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings in consideration of the following:
Petition 25-09: A Planning & Zoning Application has been filed by Meadow House LLC requesting a Special Use Permit to allow Short Term Rental use of the principal structure commonly known as 3103 Binnie Road, legally described as follows:

The West Dundee Planning and Zoning Commission will hold these public hearings on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., at Village Hall, 102 South 2nd Street, West Dundee. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Attendees who choose to address the Commission will provide their name and address for the record and be sworn in prior to providing comments.

(hereinafter referred to as “Lambs Farm”) Magnolia Cafe Banquet Room 14245 W Rockland Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048 until 10:00 a.m. local time, July 11, 2025, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Work generally includes barn construction, asphalt paving, concrete and unit paving, fencing, storm, water, sanitary, and electrical utilities, landscape installation and restoration.
