Ela Township Town Hall
Staircase Construction and Façade Repair
Ela Township is seeking bids from general contractors to complete the construction of a new emergency exit staircase and repair of the brick façade of Ela Town Hall. Ela Town Hall is located at 1155 E. IL Route 22, Lake Zurich, IL, 60047.

• Pre-Construction Meeting: August 14, 2026, at
  11:00 A.M., Ela Town Hall, 1155 E. IL Route 22,
  Lake Zurich, IL 60047
• Questions Due: September 4, 2026, by 5:00 P.M.
• Proposals Due: September 25, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.
• Bid Opening: September 25, 2026, at 12:30 P.M.

All interested vendors must submit sealed hard-copy bids to Ela Town Hall, 1155 E. IL Route 22, Lake Zurich, Illinois 60047, prior to the proposal due date and time stated in this RFP. Each sealed bid must be clearly marked with the vendor’s name and RFP number TWNHL2026-03. Emailed, faxed, or other electronic bid submissions will not be accepted.
