Claim Notice
Notice is given of the death of James Philip Duerr Jr. of St. Charles, Kane County, IL. On April 02, 2026, the 16th Judicial Circuit Court appointed Josh Duerr the Independent Administrator of the Estate of James Philip Duerr Jr. and Letters of Office in the above referenced case were thereafter issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court to: Josh Duerr, Independent Administrator of the Estate of James Philip Duerr Jr. The attorney for the Administrator is: Kathleen M. Judy, Law Offices of Lauren E. Jackson, 1218 E. Main St., Ste. B St. Charles, IL 60174.
Claims against the estate may be filed within six months from the date of first publication. Any claim not filed within six months from the date of first publication or claims not filed within three months from the date of mailing or delivery of a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later, shall be barred.
Claims may be filed in the office of the Clerk of 16th Judicial Circuit Court, Kane County, Probate Administration, 100 S. Third St., Room 112, Geneva, IL 60134, or with the representative or both.
Copies of claims filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after filed.
