PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall in the City Council Chambers, 3600 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, the Rolling Meadows Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition by 180 Chicago Church (âPetitionerâ) concerning the following property (âSubject Propertyâ):

The Petitioner is a contract purchaser of the Subject Property from the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (âOwnerâ). Generally described, the Petitioner has proposed to convert the majority of the building for use as a church including the construction of a 248-seat auditorium, as well as an interior childrenâs gymnasium, a nursery, office spaces, and a meeting space. The Owner has stated that, after sale to Petitioner, they will lease back approximately 11,000 square feet of the building to continue to serve as their offices.
In order to allow the proposed use and improvements, the public hearing will consider granting a (i) special use permit for âReligious Institutionâ pursuant to Section 122-331 (âSpecial Usesâ) of the City Code, and (ii) any other zoning relief as required to fully grant the petition and authorize the improvements and use.
Interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing, and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
A copy of the agenda and supporting materials will be available for inspection no later than the Friday before the scheduled meeting date at the Cityâs website, www.cityrm.org, or in person at City Hall, 3600 Kirchoff Road, during City Hallâs operating hours (weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00 pm).
Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations are encouraged to contact the Community Development Department at (847) 506 6030, at least 48 hours prior to the hearing to arrange for the accommodation.
