The Board of Education of Community Unit School District No. 300 is accepting sealed bids for:
Contract Pricing for Musical Instruments and Equipment
Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM CT, Thursday, July 24, 2025 via BidNet.
A public Bid opening will be held virtually, via Google Meet. Meeting information will be supplied to potential suppliers via bid invitation.
Instruction to Bidders
Bids may be submitted via BidNet, District 300â€™s online bid submittal service.
A non-mandatory document review Pre-Bid meeting will be held virtually on Thursday,
July 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Bid specifications will be available on Thursday, July 3, 2025 after 4:00 PM.

Notice to Heirs & Legatees
Notice is hereby given to and Unknown Heirs, who are heirs or legatees of the above proceeding.
The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Will County, or with the representative or both on or before December 16th, 2025 any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney, if any, within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Circuit Clerk.
