Notice of Destruction of Student Records
Schaumburg School District 54 will be disposing of student temporary records for students, who graduated, transferred or withdrew from the district in 2020.
These records will be destroyed in accordance with state law unless the parent/guardian or eligible (adult student notifies the school district otherwise. Records not request by 4:30 PM, Central Time, June 30, 2025 will be destroyed. With proof of identity, the parent/guardian or eligible (adult) student may request a copy of the records. You can contact the records department at 847 357 5060 with any questions.
The written request for records scheduled for destruction must include the following information:
• Student’s full legal name
• Students date of birth
• Name and relationship of person requesting copies
• Statement indicating that there is no legal action
  against you that prohibits your right to the records.
• Signature and date (adult student or legal guardian)
• Contact information (phone number, email address)
  for notification when the records are ready to be
  picked up.
A valid picture ID must be presented at the time the records are picked up

1. Invitation to Bid
The Owner invites sealed Bidder’s Proposals for the Work described in the Contract and generally described as follows: Construction of TW-6/25 Section 1 (Book Road) â€" 54-Inch water supply transmission main located in City of Naperville, Wheatland Township, and Naperville Township. Work generally includes, but is not limited to 48-inch and 54-inch diameter water main construction (open-cut and trenchless), removal, relocation, and replacement of existing underground utilities, roadway reconstruction and paving, traffic control, landscape restoration, storm water pollution control and erosion control, and testing. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Book Road right-of-way, from 75th Street to ComEd right-of-way (99th Street corridor).
2. Additional Information
Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents and the Contract may be examined through the Owner website at www.dpwc.org/bids. There is no fee for accessing these documents, however, a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement will need to be filled out and submitted for review. A pre-bid conference of all prospective Bidders shall be held at the Offices of the Engineer on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 1:00 pm, local time. At least one person employed by each Bidder must attend the pre-bid conference, in addition to any other representatives a prospective Bidder may choose to invite.
THE PROPOSAL OF ANY FIRM THAT FAILS TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE EMPLOYEE ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE SHALL BE REJECTED.
3. Bid Opening
Owner will receive sealed Bidder's Proposals for the Work until 1:00 o'clock, P.M., local time, Monday, June 23, 2025, at Owner's office listed above, at which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, all Bidder's Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
