NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTERESTED PARTIES REGISTRY VILLAGE OF CAMPTON HILLS, KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS PROPOSED LAFOX OF CAMPTON HILLS TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
Notice is hereby given that the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Campton Hills, Kane County, Illinois, have created an interested parties registry for the proposed LaFox of Campton Hills TIF Redevelopment Project Area. The Registration Rules, the Interested Parties Registration Form and the Interested Parties Registry are on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Village Clerk at the Campton Hills Village Hall, 40W270 LaFox Road, Suite B, Campton Hills, Illinois 60175. All interested persons may register with the Village on the Registry in order to receive information on the designation of the proposed TIF Redevelopment Project Area. All Interested Parties whose registration form and supporting documentation comply with the Registration Rules and who submit such documentation to the Village Clerk’s Office, either in person or by mail, will be added to the Interested Parties Registries for all proposed or existing TIF Redevelopment Project Areas or will be added only to those select TIF Redevelopment Project Areas that they designate to receive information on.
