PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, Village of Oak Brook, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523 for the purpose of considering the application from the Petitioner, Elrod Friedman LLP, with approval of the owner Franklin Oak Brook 22, LLC, seeking a planned development as provided for under Chapter 15 of Title 13, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, Ordinance G-60 as amended.
The Petitioner has submitted an application, case number 2026-5-ZO-PUD (PD-26-3), seeking approval of a planned development to be located on the property at 1211- 1315 22nd Street, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523, as further described below.
Project Description: Applicant/Owner have applied to the Village for planned development approval to authorize a proposal to include a fitness studio (Solidcore) within an existing ground-floor retail tenant space and constructing an enclosure of existing outdoor dining area for a restaurant tenant.
The subject property is generally described as 1211-1315 22nd Street, Oak Brook, IL 60523 - permanent index number: 06-26-100-014.
The petitioner’s application, including all supporting documents is on file with the Director of Development Services.
