 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons concerned that on the 27th day of May, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, at 100 North Island Avenue, Batavia, Illinois, there will be held a public meeting wherein the Committee of the Whole of the City Council of the City of Batavia consider an Ordinance proposing an annexation of land, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/7-1-13 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes. The properties being considered for annexation are adjacent to the City limits of Batavia and are completely surrounded by one or more municipalities, and is legally described as follows:
Parcel One: Lot 6 of Western View Subdivision, in the Township of Batavia, Kane County, Illinois. (PIN 12-26-401-008)
