PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Roselle Planning & Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearing PZ 26-1161 on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet at 7:00 pm at the Roselle Village Hall, 31 S. Prospect Street, Roselle, Illinois to consider the petition of Roselle Development LLC for a special use permit for a drive-through facility for a restaurant. The subject property is commonly known as 403 N. Roselle Road, Roselle, IL, 60172. PIN: 07-34-402-018-0000 The property is generally located at the northeast corner of Roselle Road and Devon Avenue. The property is approximately 0.51 acres (22,035 square feet) and is currently zoned B-2 Convenience Shopping Center District.
