NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Roselle Planning & Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearing PZ 26-1162 on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet at 7:00 pm at the Roselle Village Hall, 31 S. Prospect Street, Roselle, Illinois to consider the petition of Lyubov Stelmaschuk for a variation to permit a six-foot (6’) privacy fence in the required front yard in the B-5 Zoning District and to permit the finished side of the fence facing into rather than away from the property. The subject property is commonly known as 1030 Summerfield Drive, Roselle, IL, 60172. PIN: 02-09-407-017. The property is located on the west side of Summerfield Road north of Lake Street and south of Clearwater Street. The subject property is approximately 0.77 acres (approximately 33,327 square feet) in the B-5 Arterial Business District.
