NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Elgin hereby invites bidders for the following:
RFP 26-026 “Design of Police Promotional Sergeant Assessment”. The City of Elgin requests proposals on Design of Police Promotional Assessment. This request for proposals (RFP) outlines the minimum acceptable requirements for Police Promotional Sergeant’s Assessment for the City of Elgin. The City of Elgin reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, or any part thereof, or to accept any RFP or any part thereof, or to waive informalities in any RFP, if deemed to be in the best interest of the city. All proposals must be entered into the City of Elgin’s web portal at
https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx. Proposals are due on July 9, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Questions regarding the scope of services or submission requirements must be submitted in writing to Nickon Etminan via e-mail to nickon.etminan@elginil.gov.
