NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Boards of Education of Mundelein Elementary School District 75 and Mundelein High School District 120 will receive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide waste disposal and recycling services (Project SS-2602). Proposals will be received between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time at the Mundelein School District Administration Center, 470 N. Lake St., Mundelein, IL 60060, up to and no later than Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at which time they will be publicly opened.
Bid documents may be obtained by contacting Vittoria Carey at vcarey@d75.org.
Questions related to the bid may be submitted, in writing, via email to vcarey@d75.org up to and no later than Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Questions will be answered via email in the form of an addendum to all potential bidders.
The Boards of Education reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in bidding procedures, and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the Districts. Any such decision shall be considered final.
