NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals for the annual 2026 Tree Trimming Program will be received by the Village of Carpentersville Public Works Department at 1075 Tamarac Drive, Carpentersville, IL 60110, until 10:00 A.M., local time, November 19, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed maintenance will consist of pruning approximately 2,319 trees that range between a DBH of 3” to 42” and over. All other ancillary work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications and all other applicable standards.
Proposal forms in a PDF version, along with an accompanying GIS Map within the bid documents, will be available from the Public Works Department, via an email to nang@cville.org. Documents will also be available for pickup in person.
Each Bidder’s proposal shall be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond as outlined within the bid package.
All bids shall be clearly marked: BID PROPOSAL: 2026 Tree Trimming Program on the outside of the envelope and addressed to:
