NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Notice is hereby given that The Village of Bartlett, Cook, DuPage and Kane Counties, IL. will receive sealed bids at the main office of the Village of Bartlett, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, IL. 60103, until 10AM on February 26, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be acted upon at such time and place as can be scheduled for Board action.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Annual landscaping and turf mowing contract(s) for various areas within the Village of Bartlett. This agreement may be further extended for an addition four (4) years upon agreement between the Contractor and the Village.
INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS:
Prospective bidders may obtain plans and specifications for their use and submission from the Village of Bartlett website https://www.bartlettil.gov/. No fee is required for downloading the files.
For answers to any questions you may contact the Village of Bartlett Public Works Department at (630) 837-0811, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.
