NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Carpentersville, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) will receive prime contract bids for the following project until 11:00 am, local time, on August 25, 2026, either in person at:
Carpentersville Village Hall (Board Room),
1200 LW Besinger Drive, Carpentersville, IL 60110
or electrically via:

Bid Package documents, drawings, and specifications shall be available on or after August 03, 2026. Bidders may visit the following websites to obtain the bid documents. Printing and shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the bidder:

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid (plus additive alternates) made payable to the Design-Builder.
A pre-bid meeting will be on August 12, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Village of Carpentersville located at 1200 LW Besinger Drive, Carpentersville, IL 60110. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend the meeting.
The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with “An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works.” 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid that is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, which is in the best interests of the Owner.
This Notice is written in the name of the Owner by Cordogan Clark & Associates.
