NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR CONSIDERATION OF A VARIANCE
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION
OF A 4â ALUMINUM FENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 9, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission / Board of Appeals of the Village of Kildeer, Lake County, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and consideration of testimony with respect to an application (âApplicationâ) by Darren Brehm & Faith Brehm for a variance from Village Ordinance 4-4-1, which prohibits fences except around a pool, and such other relief as may be necessary to allow the construction of a 4â aluminum fence in the backyard of the home at 22935 N. North Woodcrest Ln., Kildeer, IL 60047.
All persons attending the hearing shall have the opportunity to be heard regarding the Application and the requested relief. The Application and related documents will be available for inspection at the Kildeer Village Hall, 21911 Quentin Road, Kildeer, Illinois. The public hearing may be adjourned to another date by the Plan Commission / Board of Appeals without further notice other than a notice entered upon the minutes of said meeting fixing the time and place of its adjournment and reconvening.
