    Granite Inc., a dissolved Illinois corporation

    Chicago, Illinois 60608
 You are notified, as required by the Article 7 of Illinois Uniform Commercial Code, 810 ILCS 5/7-209 and following sections, that Industrial Material & Machinery Warehousing, LLC (formerly known as USMM Engineering, LLC, and referred to as "the Company") has a warehouseman's lien against the property placed in storage by you and held for your account or in which property you claim or have claimed an interest (referred to as "the Property"). You are also notified that Industrial Material & Machinery Warehousing, LLC, intends to sell those goods to satisfy its lien for those charges, as further described in this notice.
 As of the date of this notice, the amount owing to the Company and secured by this warehouseman's lien is $$11,870.89, plus additional rent due after February 1, 2025, plus continuing finance charges, plus $750.00 in attorneys’ fees.
 The property consists of the property listed at the end of this notice.
 The Property is now located at the storage warehouse facility of the Company at 7400 N. Kedzie, Skokie, Illinois, 60076.
