Description of matter to be considered: A revised Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Campton Hills is under consideration. Background information: The Village’s comprehensive plan dates from 2012. Such plans are typically reviewed and/or updated every 10-15 years. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted an initial public hearing on the draft plan in May 2025 and subsequently forwarded a recommendation for approval to the Village Board. The Village Board has deliberated on the draft plan and revised certain portions of the draft plan.
