ALL TRADE BIDDERS
The Lemont Fire Protection District hereby invites All Trade Bidders to bid for construction and renovation services required for the New Fire Station One, renovation/addition for Fire Station Three and renovation/addition to Fire Station Four. Sealed Competitive Public Trade Bid Proposals are due to be submitted to the Lemont Fire Protection District Headquarters, 15900 New Avenue, Lemont IL 60439 no later than 9 am, Friday, January 30th, 2026, when bids will be opened. No late bids will be accepted.
BID PACKAGES and related BID DOCUMENTS may be obtained beginning Monday January 12th, 2026 by contacting the Construction Manager, Stenstrom Construction Group 2420 20th Street Rockford IL (815) 398-2420.
The Illinois Prevailing Wage Act applies to this project. All workers engaged in the construction and renovation of Fire Station One, Fire Station Three and Fire Station Four shall be paid no less than applicable Prevailing Wage Rates.
