Notice is given of the death of Michael Horcher of Wheeling, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on January 27, 2026 to Michael P. Horcher and Patrick A. Horcher, who have been appointed Independent Co-Executors of 1059 Peartree Lane, Wheeling, IL 60090 and 161 Mockingbird Lane, Wheeling, IL 60090 respectively, whose attorney is Kelly M. Wilbar of Ralph, Schwab & Schiever, Chtd. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative, or both, on or before August 10, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
