PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on June 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the case may be heard, at the Hampshire Village Hall, 234 S. State Street, Hampshire, IL 60140, Martam Construction, Inc. (Petitioner) on behalf of Brier Hill Ventures, LLC (Owner) shall appear before the Hampshire Planning & Zoning Commission for a Public Hearing on the following for the property identified by Parcel Index Numbers: 01-24-300-017 and 01-24-300-009:
1. Request for Rezoning (Map Amendment) upon Annexation from E-1, Estate District to M-2, General Industrial District.
2. Request for Special Use per Sec. 6-9-2-C of the Hampshire Zoning Ordinance to operate an outdoor concrete and asphalt milling and outdoor storage of materials.
The Subject Property is identified by the following PIN: 01-24-300-017; 01-24-300-009.
The above petition is open to inspection at the Hampshire Village Hall, 234 S. State Street, Hampshire, IL 60140.
