NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on June 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the case may be heard, at the Hampshire Village Hall, 234 S. State Street, Hampshire, IL 60140, Scott Dalby (Petitioner & Owner) shall appear before the Hampshire Planning & Zoning Commission for a Public Hearing on the following for the property located at 279 North State Street, Hampshire, IL 60140:
