The Village of Lombard Zoning Board of Appeals hereby provides notice that a public hearing will be conducted to consider the following petition:
The petitioner requests that the Village approve a variation from Section 155.406(F)(1)(a) to allow a new single family residential structure to be constructed thirty-one feet (31â) from the front property line where a front yard setback of forty feet (40â) is required on the subject property located in the R1 Single-Family Residence District.
