NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that on the 1st day of December 2025, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Deer Park will conduct a public hearing at Deer Park Vehe Barn 23570 W. Cuba Road, Deer Park, Illinois 60010 upon a petition submitted by as JLL â€" Jones Lang LaSalle Americas (Illinois), LP, Petitioner of a parcel consisting of 1.66 acres at 20330 N. Deer Park Blvd, 20530 N. Rand Rd, 21540 W. Field Pkwy, Deer Park, IL 60010 to allow for the operation of a medical office.
The Applicant requests amendment to PUD to add permitted use to include medical office use.
The subject property is zoned Planned Development and is located within the corporate limits of the Village of Deer Park.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CONCERNING THE INTENT OF THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY TO ADOPT A PROPOSED 2026 REGIONAL TRANSIT OPERATING BUDGET AND 2026-2030 CAPITAL PROGRAM.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Authority (“RTA”) will hold a public hearing in Kane County on December 9, 2025, immediately following the County Board meeting, which begins at 9:45 a.m., until noon at the Kane County Government Center, 719 S. Batavia Ave., Building A, Geneva, IL. The hearing will be on the region’s Proposed 2026 Operating Budget and Five-Year Capital Program, and the RTA will receive public comments on the aforementioned matters, in accordance with the RTA Act, (70 ILCS 3615, et seq.).
In addition, persons wishing to comment on the proposed items before or after December 9 may do so by one of three methods:
